Curato da Francesco Ruggiero il Concerto vede protagoniste la Cantante lirica Salvina Maesano e la pianista Barbara Cattabiani che eseguono un ricco repertorio tra le armonie natalizie più famose, arie d’Opera e un classico di storiche musiche napoletane.

Intraprende un viaggio come un lungo racconto nel mondo del canto e della recitazione consacrando la preparazione all’Opera, alla Musica Sacra e da Camera. Ha studiato all’Accademia Lirica Beniamino Gigli di Recanati. Dotata di una voce naturale, privilegia il repertorio Verdiano, comprendendo da Häendel a Gershwin. Il debutto avviene con l’Opera Suor Angelica di Puccini al Teatro Comunale di Narni. Rappresenta la Terra di Sicilia per gli scambi culturali con gli Stati Uniti, l’Australia e i Paesi Scandinavi. Svolge una intensa attività concertistica e operistica presso i Teatri italiani tra gli altri il Teatro Verdi di Firenze, Teatro Sociale di Trento, Teatro Municipale di Piacenza, Teatro Rendano di Cosenza, Teatro Carlo Gesualdo di Avellino, Teatro Cilea di Reggio Calabria, Teatro Comunale di Savona, Teatro Comunale di Modena, Teatro di Corte Reggia di Caserta, l’Auditorium della Musica di Roma, Teatro Petruzzelli di Bari. Interpreta il ruolo di Madame Giry in The Phantom of the Opera.Esegue Musiche Sacre come Solista con l’Orchestra d’Archi a Santa Croce in Gerusalemme. Esordisce in Cavalleria Rusticana di Mascagni al Teatro Gabriele D’Annunzio di Pescara. Interpreta Kate Pinkerton al Teatro Massimo Vincenzo Bellini di Catania in Madame Butterfly. Vincitrice del Primo Premio Assoluto nel Concorso Lirico Nazionale in Sicilia. Esegue Musiche del ‘500 e ‘600 all’Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma per il Quarto Centenario del Caravaggio. Esegue La Petite Messe Solennelle di Rossini nella Basilica di Santa Maria in Trastevere a Roma. Esegue Arie d’Opera al Real Cantine Borboniche a Partinico. Interpreta Arie d’Opera con la Banda di Stato dell’Arma dei Carabinieri Ragusa e Modica. Realizza Arie d’Opera Anniversario Esercito Italiano 150° Unita’ d’Italia Teatro di Corte Reggia di Caserta. Esegue il Concerto lirico con l’Orchestra dell’Aeronautica Militare all’Auditorium dell’Aeronautica di Bari.Partecipa al Concerto Avrai di Claudio Baglioni nella Sala Nervi del Vaticano a Piazza San Pietro Roma realizzato in occasione dei festeggiamenti per il compleanno di Papa Francesco. Prende parte al Concerto Se questo è un uomo diretto da Ennio Morricone all’Auditorium Parco della Musica di Roma. E’ in fase di realizzazione un nuovo CD come Compositrice e Autrice di brani musicali.

 

BARBARA CATTABIANI pianista

Nata a Roma inizia giovanissima lo studio del Pianoforte diplomandosi con il massimo dei voti sotto la guida del Maestro Arnaldo Graziosi. Successivamente ha studiato con il Maestro Sergio Perticaroli, la Pianista Marisa Candeloro, il Maestro Norbert Brainin (repertorio per Violino e Pianoforte), con il Maestro Mario Ancillotti (repertorio per Flauto e Pianoforte), con il Maestro A.Tichy e il Maestro Bruno Canino per la Musica da Camera.Ha collaborato in qualità di Maestro Accompagnatore al Pianoforte con i Maestri M. Alòs, R. Talarico, D. Dauria, D. Colaianni, D. Surrat, M. Barton, P. Pellegrino, M. Marasco, A. Persichilli, A. Sciancalepore, G. Ettorre, M. Giorgi. Per tre anni ha partecipato a Concerti per il Maestro Ennio Morricone eseguendo sue colonne sonore da Film, sia in duo con il Maestro Graziosi che come solista, a Salò in occasione della premiazione del Maestro con il Pentagramma d’Oro e in prestigiosi Teatri Italiani (Teatro Piccinni a Bari, Teatro dell’Aquila a Fermo, Teatro Verdi di San Severo …). Ha partecipato a trasmissioni televisive e radiofoniche in Italia (Rai 1, Rai 2 ed emittenti private) e all’estero. Si è esibita in importanti Teatri e per molte Associazioni Musicali in Italia (Auditorium della RAI, Istituto Pontificio, Teatro Olimpico, Gonfalone a Roma, Sala degli Specchi presso il Teatro di Reggio Emilia, Villa Adriana a Tivoli, Teatro Donnafugata ad Ibla di Ragusa … suonando per Associazioni quali gli Amici della Musica, Gioventù musicale, Agimus, l’Ora della Musica Associazione Il Coretto, Associazione Nino Rota … ) e all’estero (Francia, Lituania, Giordania, Russia, Romania, Repubblica Slovacca, Ungheria, Siria, Svizzera, Gabon, Spagna, Colombia) riscuotendo successo di pubblico e critica. Ha insegnato presso i Conservatori di Bari, Perugia, Avellino, Roma, Sassari, Benevento. Attualmente è Titolare di Cattedra presso il Conservatorio Licinio Refice di Frosinone.
