COMUNICATO STAMPA → Curata da Francesco Ruggiero, dopo le Esposizioni nelle Gallerie Comunali d’Arte dei Magazzini Uto, la ex Tipografia Operaia e gli Antichi Forni di Macerata, patrocinate dalla Regione Marche, il Comune di Macerata, l’Accademia di Belle Arti di Macerata e di Lecce, le Opere di Scultura/Installazione del Maestro Javier, realizzate tra il 2008 e il 2018, verranno allestite nelle Sale Espositive di Accademie di Roma e presentate al pubblico in una Mostra dal titolo Javier Le Costellazioni ricordando Arturo Schwarz da Sabato 26 Giugno 2021 dalle ore 18.30. Patrocinata dalla Regione Lazio,  e dedicata ad Arturo Schwarz, la Mostra dell’Artista Javier presenta l’installazione di dodici Sculture eseguite con Marmo di Carrara. Ciascuna Opera, ci introduce Francesco Ruggiero, rappresenta un segno zodiacale cristallizzato all’interno di un complesso e completo impianto espositivo dove l’Artista si lascia guidare dalla percezione visiva e creativa di Dante, che nel Paradiso varca i cieli dei Pianeti per pervenire al cielo dello Zodiaco, ordinato e disposto tra Scienza e Creatività. In concerto con la dialettica dei colori nel cerchio cromatico di Goethe all’indomani del suo viaggio in Italia alla fine del ‘700. Una Mostra/Installazione con al centro il Sole che trascorre un mese a comporre ogni Segno e un anno per muoversi attraverso i dodici Segni dello Zodiaco, generando un’armonia di suoni celesti che influenzano la qualità della vita terrena. La ricerca dell’Artista, aggiunge il curatore della mostra, a ritrovare la sintesi e l’equilibrio tra Scienza e Spirito. Una occasione di livello che apre a importanti riflessioni a cui il visitatore è sollecitato. Andare certamente al di là delle conoscenze puramente intellettuali con cui esplora il mondo sensibile e avvicinarsi con le proprie forze alla comprensione del mondo sovrasensibile, oltre l’infinito, rivelandosi essere umano e cosmico. Una entità umana e divina, l’una intimamente connessa all’altra, un rapporto fra ciò che è umano e ciò che è divino. Un percorso di rilettura dal De Umbris idearum di Giordano Bruno, l’Universo corpo unico dotato di un preciso ordine armonico. Il progetto Accademie è il risultato della vitale esperienza acquisita in occasione della ideazione e la cura delle prime due, la terza è in fase organizzativa, Biennali delle Accademie di Belle Arti italiane allestite presso le Sale Espositive della Reggia di Caserta, anticipandone i fermenti artistici e culturali e seguiti dai Concerti di Musica Lirica realizzati presso il Teatro di Corte della stessa Reggia e che ha registrato il Patrocinio delle più Alte Istituzioni italiane e l’Onorificenza del Presidente della Repubblica. La Mostra si inaugura Sabato 26 Giugno alle ore 18.30 con Arie d’Opera eseguite dalla Cantante Lirica Salvina Maesano e rimarrà aperta ai visitatori fino al 20 Luglio 2021. L’ingresso dovrà avvenire per prenotazione on line nel rispetto delle condizioni di sicurezza indicate dalle vigenti Norme anti-Covid. Per questa occasione verrà infine realizzato un docufilm della Mostra. La Mostra Costellazioni l’Artista Javier l’ha voluta dedicare a Arturo Schwarz, la voce dei surrealisti.

 

 

RICORDANDO ARTURO SCHWARZ

Scompare a 96 anni l’intellettuale, editore e gallerista amico di Breton e di Duchamp. Parte della sua collezione di opere è stata donata, dopo una faticosa trattativa, alla Galleria Nazionale d’Arte Moderna di Roma. «Alla domanda su cosa resta del Surrealismo oggi, risponderei: tutto». Scriveva così, senza tentennamenti e con un entusiasmo intatto, Arturo Schwarz nell’introduzione al suo libro-bibbia dedicato alla storia e all’avventura del movimento (Il Surrealismo. Ieri e oggi, Skira). Quel libro era uscito nel 2014, cioè a 90 anni dalla pubblicazione dello storico Manifesto scritto da André Breton; eppure per Schwarz, che ci ha lasciati nella notte tra il 22 e il 23 giugno, il Surrealismo continuava a essere una faccenda dell’«oggi». «Non ho in mente l’arte o la poesia, il cinema e il teatro, la fotografia o la scrittura – scriveva sempre nell’introduzione – Penso a una filosofia di vita, a uno stato d’animo, a una morale, a una purezza, a un bisogno di libertà, alla necessità di riconoscere alla donna il posto giusto, il primo».

PER COINCIDENZA DEL DESTINO, il 1924 è anche l’anno della sua nascita, ad Alessandria d’Egitto da madre italiana, Margherita Vitta e da padre tedesco, Riccardo Schwarz, un geniale ingegnere. Il giovane Arturo non aveva perso tempo, aprendo a 16 anni due librerie francesi e cominciando un’attività di editore. L’impegno culturale era andato subito di pari passo con quello politico: finì dietro le sbarre con l’accusa di essere «trockijsta» e tra i fondatori della Quarta Internazionale. Nel 1949, con la firma dell’armistizio, agli ebrei d’Egitto venne data una doppia opzione: andare in Israele o nella terra di origine. Lui scelse l’Italia; o, per maggior precisione, Milano, «la mia città, che non ho mai abbandonato e mai lo farò, perché è una delle poche in Europa che continua a produrre cultura anche sotto le ’bombe’ della crisi economica e morale»

SCHWARZ È STATO il prototipo dell’intellettuale capace di pensarsi come infaticabile e generoso organizzatore culturale; grazie all’attività di editore e di gallerista riusciva a tessere reti che erano sempre relazioni di amicizia. Tra 1961 e 1972 nella sua galleria di via del Gesù sono passati tantissimi protagonisti di Surrealismo e Dadaismo. Tutti «amici» sparsi per il mondo, da Magritte, a Man Ray, a Sebastián Matta, a Miró, a Marcel Duchamp, a Max Ernst, a Francis Picabia che erano felici di poter esporre nei suoi spazi milanesi. «L’amore è quello che mi ha portato a coltivare amicizie eterne», diceva con una gratitudine che gli anni non scalfivano.

Tra tutte le amicizie certamente spiccano quelle con André Breton e con Duchamp. A casa Breton aveva bussato appena arrivato in Europa. «Mi accolse come un amico di vecchia data e fu un vero tuffo al cuore per un giovane che era alla ricerca del suo destino», aveva raccontato in una bella intervista ad Avvenire. Ed è sempre in forza dell’amicizia che aveva convinto Duchamp (come pure Man Ray) a fare i multipli dei primi storici ready made, attribuendo una doppia data, quella in cui erano stati concepiti e quella in cui erano stati replicati.

MA AL DI LÀ dell’infinita aneddotica che lo riguarda, il segno di Schwarz è quello legato alla sua capacità di vivere l’arte come un’esperienza che genera sempre meraviglia. Una meraviglia che voleva il più possibile fosse esperienza condivisa, come spiegò quando decise di donare, dopo una faticosissima trattativa, parte della sua raccolta alla Galleria Nazionale d’Arte Moderna di Roma, allora diretta da Sandra Pinto: «Per amore dell’arte, un giorno ho deciso che era giusto che tante delle mie opere tornassero indietro, a beneficio della conoscenza e dell’occhio del popolo. È immorale, per me che un privato custodisca cose di cui chiunque deve poter gioire.
